Did you start a new game or load a savefile?
Loading a save doesn't work on old saves (Don't asked why, it's the first game where it doesn't work with saves.)

If you started it once with the cheat mod you can use those savefiles in the future.

Blue color?

Red means off.
Green means on.

The comma does not work, there is a button in the bottom right corner and it works. It works on previous loading a save. All great work - ty
