Seeking Metroidvanias with Sex Status screen (Female protagonist only)

I'm looking for good metroidvania games, that have female protagonist and some kind of "Sex Stats Menu", some games like that are Night of revenge and Flower Witch. Bonus points if the protagonist starts as a virgin and can lost it with any enemy. It doesn't matter if the reccomended game is untranslated.
