True ... I just wondered if anyone here (not just you, but thanks for responding) knows why some developers prefer to put it in appdata.

No, it is because of Renpy, it got people used to that, and they got lazy.

A good example is renpy which offer two save locations, but this was made from renpy developers.

Unity doesn't have that option. And Renpy devs dont' get a choice there either, they basically HAVE to use both.

you can always support the creator that way you will get it on day 1 for sure.

When the game is complete I always buy the full version on Steam. I own the MOTH & Mystwood Manor. Can't afford to pledge every months. I'm happy for the ones who can, he disserves it..

Normally the OP is updated with the latest version and when I read the threads early this morning the last post was from Faerin with the changelog and when I came back tonight I wasn't expecting the link to be shared in a later post and looked where I normally look which is the OP.
