I never play the game, so this question may be stupid, but the incest patch only change the relation between the Milf and the MC?? the other three girls don't become the step sisters, right??

Olivia got 75 Lust and 60 Love, Anabelle got 75 Lust and Love. I don't know how to increase their stats since talking to them doesn't increase them anymore

I see that you are using the mod though, and that has broken your game.
You will need to remove the mod and start over.

Stats were in profile, right under MC (photo). Wait till i update the mod, or you can break the game by using non compatible version.

from what i understand the game moves up a full version once there is significant story progress .
It is due to the way the face stretches when they open the mouth enough to get around his dick using what he has. I blame Daz. lol
They are version numbers, not real numbers.
It is there to indicate how close we are to the end.

I tried to play this game, but I seem to have the bug where moving your mouse in the first mini game does not do anything. The one stated workaround of changing your language did not help at all. I guess I will delete it and try it again later as I enjoyed the other games this person has made.

We've not heard a report about this in quite some time. Would you mind posting your player log?
Use the Windows + R keys and paste the following in your Run box:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Midnight Sin
You will need to put your log in a .zip, .rar or .7z before attaching it.
Also, what language are you playing the game in, and are you using a cheat mod?
The language change needed to be done on the system, not in the game.
That said, worse case, you can skip the intro.
English, I had downloaded one but I do not think I had installed it yet. I hope I uploaded the thing you wanted to see.
Try moving it out of the system folder to something like C:\Games.
Also, the mods will break your game, and prevent you from getting further support.
