I don't see any cheat button on the screen, can't change stats, money, fight etc.. how will I get to cheat mod if there s no button, icon, script that shows cheat mod on the screen or in the menu?

Here's a novel concept. You could, oh I dunno, humor me here... play the game without the mod. There are skip buttons for the mini games for a reason, you know?

It's automatic - so there's no buttons or menu to cheat. Just enjoy playing the game

Is there going to be any lesbian incest in this game? It's all am waiting to understand before dropping it
Not according to the game tags. Unlikely based on his previous games.
There is no incest in this game.
The tags only cover what is currently in the game, not what will be added later.
As for what is going to be added, we don't know for sure, but I do assume there will be some group content at some point.
Just for clarity, the patch is INCLUDED IN THE GAME AND OFFICIAL, regardless of what some users who can't read might say on here.
The incest patch is just a flag that tells the game "Oh, this file exists, load the incest relationships"
I've explained that multiple times but some users cannot read. They keep claiming I'm calling Madeleine the MC's biological mother, when I've never said that. Like in this post where TheDevian says "There is no way to make that work, unless you change the entire story background." and of course I'm a dick when I've explained 4 or 5 times and people still misrepresent and put words in my mouth -_-
So, with the OFFICIAL patch, from the MC point of view:
His father is his father
Madeleine is his stepmother
The 3 girls are his step-sisters and Madeleine's biological daughters, not some girls she tutors.
That's how it is and that's how the dev intended it. (Whether it started like this and changed due to Patreon or it was always a hidden option I don't know)
Also, TheDevian, judging by your posts you seem to be on the dev team or talk to them, if you don't condone the use of incest patch all you have to do is remove the "Assets/gamedata/mapping/old/" files and the code I show in the "Patreon censorship" spoiler which you glossed over in your reply. That way any incest patch made won't be included in the game and it'll be ACTUALLY UNOFFICIAL.

I just checked my game folder, and such path doesn't exist.
I think that unofficial insect patch makes them Protagonist's (half)sisters not stepsisters... former is real biological insect, and later is just a legal one.

and run it, then load the bundle in "Midnight Sin\Midnight Sin_Data\StreamingAssets\aa\StandaloneWindows64" (It's unity so it's all archived in a single file, like renpy's RPA)Then click View Loaded Files
Click the bundle
Then the first collection
Then Ctrl F "english", you'll find 2 TextAssets
One for old and one for new
And guess what's inside old?
I'm not sure if it's mentioned if the 3 girls are the father's bio daughters too or if they came with Madeleine but yeah, you're right.
In the old english file the only mentions of "step" ar between Madeleine and MC.

But doesn't that refer to Protagonist's father and mother, who are his parents regardless of patch?
I've mentione multiple times who that refers to.
I explain in #6728 that people read the patch and " assume that mother refers to the relationship between MC and Madeleine, even though I clearly explain in post #6,726 that those are for the 3 daughters, as seen in the screenshot in the same post where MC and Madeleine talk about sisters/daughters. "

Thermophob BTW, if you also search inside the bundle for Spanish or whatever other language and find the one called "Assets\gamedata\translations\spanish.json" you can find all the dialogues in text with their translations and the variables they use.
If you ctrl f for "REL_M" which is use to show mentor or mother you will see that it's only used by the daughters or by MC when he's talking about the relationship between Madeleine and the 3 girls.
