Yes, the extra key allows for extra camera angles during the sex scenes.

It's not available on Steam yet, but no, it won't be available in Germany once it goes to Steam, unless you use a VPN.

The servers are back up now, so you should be fine now.I tried using a VPN and it worked, I guess the issue was on my end ^^"

Oh shit, what tiny update... I hope the maids' storyline progresses from now on, as I think it's linked with the main plot.
Any spoilers/screenshots? I'm glad the game finally got anal. Not sure if it worth playing now or just wait for full Steam release.
Hope we get it will all characters this time unlike Mystwood Manor, where some was skipped.
