I'd love to see a game, preferably a VN Renpy game with no sandbox, where the main heroine is you Mother-in-law with impregnation/pregnancy as a main theme.
I was thinking that on your wedding day (with lots of alcohol at the wedding reception), you mistakenly have a drunken night of sex with you MIL (and maybe others beforehand). Afterwards, you put it behind you, but the MIL shows up weeks later informing you she's pregnant with your child. After she decides to keep it (or it's too late), you and her begin a torrid affair behind your wife's and/or FIL's back. Maybe even have other women along the way.
That's just my thoughts. If someone wants to do it differently, they absolutely can, but it the main heroine should be the MIL. If anyone has thoughts on this, I'd love to hear them.
