This review is based on the 0.0.7 version.
I played an earlier version of this game late last year, when it was still using RPG Maker, and was not very impressed. The game has since been ported to Ren'py, which makes it a lot easier to deal with, but the core issues remains.
First of all, the character's all look pretty horrible (with the exception of the MC's mother) and sometimes can be downright hideous. The first time you see MC's sister, she looks like a Van Gogh portrait, and not one of the good ones. When the MC proceeds to speak about how he wants to fuck her, that doesn't really convince me about her "beauty".
As for the MC himself, he suffers from the classic "Horny early teen kid, who is half the size of everyone else, but has a cock twice the size of everyone else" syndrome. The MC himself is not much prettier than his sister, but perhaps this is why he is able to find her somewhat attractive.
The rest of the cast mostly suffer from the same lack of quality in their designs, and only very few manage to be appealing in any way. I personally could only find attraction in the mother, teacher and cousin, and even these are in no way perfect.
Speaking of the cousin, she seems to be the only exception to the "huge tit" syndrome, which plagues the rest of the female cast in the game.
With the graphical aspect behind us, let us talk a little about the story and dialogue. Well, what can I say about this mess....
The story is pretty goddamn silly, and that is putting it mildly. The mother is an abusive cunt, who obviously gets off of inflicting pain on others. This is also why she working as a dominatrix in the night, but it doesn't explain why the MC tries to keep her safe "because he still loves her". Of cource, it is not IMPOSSIBLE for the MC to love his mother, even if she tortures both him and his sister, physically and mentally, all day, but I suspect some lvl of stockholm syndrome is at work here.
How the mother is able to treat her children like slaves, and showing downright hateful behaviour, around her children, with her own sister witnessing it and not catching wind of anything wrong, is truly baffling.
And while on topic of the aunt, how many of you have been caught spying on your aunt in the bathtub, as the first thing after she has entered your house, only to be invited to join her the instant she catches you?
I don't mind pushing the limits of reality in games, but COME ON! Give me SOMETHING that makes me believe this story could actually have taken place. At this point, I find Harry Potter more likely to have really happened, than this story.
Not much to say about the cousin, other than that she loves to fuck her cousin, for whatever reason, even though they barely know each other.
The game also features a scene with a woman, begging the MC to impregnate her. Not even this scene could salvage the game for me. Probably because it may/may not be a dream, so I have no reason to be pumped up about it, and the game ends right after MC cums inside her, so we will not know for a while whether or not it was real, and if anything happened if it was.
The interface is mediocre at best, and often more cofusing than helpful. The is especially true for the navigation. Most areas where you can click are very small and not visible until you hover over them. It took a while to find out how to get back into MC's room, and it would be nice just have a simple arrow to click on, or a small icon of the desired location.
As another example, I am told to go to the kitchen to find mom. I go into the hallway and accidently enters livingroom instead. No worries, because the living has a door to the kitchen, so I just enter the kitchen that way. Nothing. Nobody there and nothing happens. I go back into the hallway and enter the kitchen directly, which triggers the event. So, even though locations has multiple access points, you need to use specific ones to trigger events. Not very user-friendly.
The game has the potential to a decent game, but the dev needs to be willing to re-do most (if not all) of the renders for his characters and make them better. He then needs to check dialogue and fix any errors, or hire an editor to do it for him.
Lastly, I hope to see the story being toned down a little in absudity. I don't mind absurd stories, but this one seems indecisive about whether it wants to be absurd & funny or realistic & funny, and the mixed result we are left with now isn't really working. At least not for me.
