Don't replace the incest patch file just add the incest patch to game folder without renaming it
There's been a lot of that going on recently. There's a suspicion that someone--or probably several someones--is using this site (or something like it) to find and mass report games with content they don't like, whether or not it's actually illegal. Not like the hosting sites are going to take the time to verify reports.
That should be on the front page next to the incest link. So used to replacing files when patching or adding mods that no one would think of keeping both files.
