It seems I was misremembering, I checked all versions of the game that I have, and it doesn't seem to be used in any of them. In Season 1 the image didn't exist, and the earliest version of Season 2 that I have (3.0) has the image file but the only reference to it is a commented line in the file /game/Quests/Achievements.rpy. All subsequent versions also have the commented line, so it doesn't seem to ever have been used.
They said it gonna be focused more of Sophie and Ruth, so milf galore
