I' never heard of or seen such a thing, but I'm hardly an expert on this game. The later chapters are all in colour, starting in chapter 3, I believe. It's been a long time ago, since I last played this game, so I could be wrong. But a version all in colour? Maybe a mod, indeed. But I've never seen it on svscomics or elsewhere, either.

As far as I recall, if you are using the hacked version, you can just input anything and it will work. I'm too lazy to re-install the game and check if that is really the case though.
