I finished my weekly phone call with the Nigerian Prince Ubuntu II. He promised me that he visited ICSTOR in person.
Apparently, the reason for the delays is very simple. ICSTOR is now the official developer of BAD, Hillside, Midnight Paradise and Time Stamp. Due to these overwhelming projects, the game will be released after BAD season 10. This was conformed by a conference call between DPC, ICSTOR and myself.
