In prologue we can see thoughts of Judy that she knows Mom already.

For me its ovious that she is manipulator. She work in school already 4 years from her graduate from university. And i think it was her who gave The Book to Mom. What a pity book author is not Judy. Its Dr. I.C.Stor

You're assuming she has a bachelor's degree. If she has a Masters, she could be 3 years older. If she has a PHD, 5 years older. Assuming she went into college at 18 and didn't take any time off. She's probably about 31.

Anyway its not looks like that she has quite old daughter that interested in MC. may be she has still young son that she is interested, so she want to test everything on MC family. Also her age is in the middle between mom and elder sis, so she cant be their coed. Its looks like we need wait new content for get at least a little understanding of her motives

The book though is interesting, if she was the one that gave mom the book. Why would she be pushing hard for all the incest relationships?? Might be just a study for her master's for all we know.
As far as the age thing, as others have pointed out, is that we're assuming. Of course we would be assuming the book thing as well. Also would be an assumption to think that mom, having an incest kink, is something new too, as the dev never made anything clear at this point.
I get the feeling though, that mom has had it for awhile. I feel that anything she may have had for the father is gone, and now the MC is old enough, mom can now indulge in her fantasies with MC. The book is definitely for her preparations for him clearly. I do think either way, she priming herself to lose the, extra baggage, of a father and concentrate on her fantasies now with the MC.
If the school psychiatrist thinks mom will come down hard on the MC, wait until she tries to get the MC thrown out or something. If the MC tells her what's going on at school and with the psychiatrist holding the letter as Blackmail. The computer gallery scenes are unlocked by acquiring the second hearts with a girl.

I didn't say they did. But they were farther advanced than I was currently with the characters, so, in terms of game play, they FELT like spoilers. But, that's me. Everyone plays their game to their tastes.
