Ren'Py - Milfy Day [v0.8.9] [Red Lighthouse]

Hm. *Sigh* Where to begin with this one... Milfy Day does some things well and other things rather poorly. Calling it mid seems a bit unfair due to how much content there is and nothing overtly offensive, imo, is forced onto the player.

The renders are pretty good for the most part, above average for a honey select game. And, I do enjoy most of the characters. The characters all seem to have fairly unique personalities for a harem game. Principle May is probably my favorite. Funny and hot scenes with this one. One of the rare cases where the nonsensical writing actually shines.

Now, I need to vent and express what I feel are the games many, many shortcomings. First of all, this is another one of those annoying harem sandbox games where you are forced to bang girls you're not really interested in so you can progress the girls you actually want to progress. Literally have to lie back and think of England while you are forced (by the dev, not femdom btw) to sex and impregnate bootleg Lara Croft. (Ugh). And of course you need to be in specific places and times as well as give each event 2-3 days in between. So fun. So immersive. So doge.

Secondly, the writing is very unpolished and frankly puerile. I actually felt dumber after some of the scenes. Basically anything involving Dreamland , the constant self referencing of "playing MIlfy Day", or any of the in universe knockoff IPs like DC/DnD. I don't even think this is a case of needing an editor exactly, more like it straight feels like MTL jumbled nonsense combined with an already nonsense story. My Dorm and Imperial Chronicles are also ESL games and read much better.

So as a result of the above, I've found that I often have to CTRL skip some characters just to save my sanity and try to enjoy the other half of the game/characters I do like. As someone that does actually enjoy reading and build-up I think this is the harshest criticism I can give. I'm not skipping to get to the lewds, but rather: before, during, and after in some cases.

P.S. One of the scenes with Melissa doggy style has the MC's body/dick inverted in the side render. MC is such a gigachad might as well go full retard and have him doing an actual handstand while doing it at this point. It'd honestly match the energy of the rocket propulsion ejaculations already in the game...

This game's saving grace are the renders and pregnancy content. You just might struggle to get there...

This is a very decent game. I played this for a few hours without stopping. It is absolutely great choice for milf topic games.
Other than the points the other players mentioned. I really appreciate the experience of this game. When you skip the plot the animation and music plays smoothly which does not skip to fast or stuck there. It also provide the choice for players to choose the scene. The game play is pretty friendly for the casual players like me.
This game really gives great solution between the balance of plot and H scene. I would prefer to choose the H scene instead of the plot sometimes, so this game really puts the choice in the proper place.
Overall, high recommend this game and looking forward to their new milf games.

Rather choppy and mediocre animation, but not bad quantity. The story is rather pointless but you get to score tons of milfs and even steal some. Decent but nothing to write home about. Rather average sex scene animations at best, rather boring most of the time.

This game honestly surprised me in a good way. The story is interesting, the characters feel alive, and every scene keeps you hooked. There’s something special about the atmosphere that makes it really enjoyable, and of course, It has MILFSSS that makes everything even better!

ESL slop with one dimensional paper thin cartoonish characters, rudimentary plot and hilariously poor dialogue. No offence towards my 3rd world homies, but if you're making an English media product then maybe at the very least hire/collab with a writer/editor or sum shit. Some claim that this title went downhill at some point in development, and I have no idea what they're yapping about, since I was already inclined to drop it merely 10 minutes in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with half a braincell still alive within their cranium.

Nice models, but the game is very dialogue heavy and the writing is absolutely awful and cringe. That usually doesn't bother unless they talk too much and unfortunately that is the case with this game.

The character models are beautiful, and not wonky. I like the dialogues. The smartphone in the game is actaully useful with hints to progress the story, I didnt need to look at a separate pdf at all.

Graphics are good but holy crap is the MC's dialogue so painful to read. The poor grammar I can work with, but this MC's personality is D tier.

I'm really enjoying Milfy Day ! The story has me hooked, especially because the characters are so interesting. All the girls are definitely standouts, they are gorgeous.

Graphics:
The models are gorgeous, and the environments are nice as well. For me 10/10

Milfy Day is a game worth playing, in my opinion. I really recommend. All the girls are definitely standouts. they are gorgeous.

This game is a solid 3,5+ for me.
I will keep this review simple with pros and cons.
PRO's:

• Loads of scenes
• Renders and models are great and unique
• Decent update speed
• Variety of kinks and body types
• Story is not great, but it is there

Cons:

• The English, its not spelled wrong its just gramatically wrong. In several scenes i often find myself reading the text in Borats voice.

That said its definately worth playing, loads of scenes and built in walkthrough. If the dev would get help from a writer/proof reader this game would be a solid 5/5 game.

As I didn't get very far into the game, my analysis will be very simple.

What caught my attention in the game were the themes and tags, lesbians, pregnancy, incest.
Some comments already left me a little doubtful about the game but I decided to try it anyway.
and as soon as I played it, I was already discouraged by the sandbox system, it's a very spread out system, in any sense, both in events and in progression in the game,
it's kind of lazy to keep opening the map and clicking on everything looking for events and trying to see what you have to do.
It's the kind of game where you can't progress without looking at the guide,
and the dialogues or events are very repetitive, whenever you click on a character to talk, it will always be the same thing unless you unlock a new event.

I would say that the sandbox system doesn't allow the game to flow well.
Even though I like the theme, the gameplay not so much. I've seen other sandbox games with better implementation.

getting something that works "out the door" is commendable and to keep with it for years.... Good models, reasonable music choices, and no bugs that I have run into.

That having been said, I find the game grindy, so grindy I eventually just went and looked at the graphics and that definitely improved my opinion of the game.

ok I admit seeing this when it first came out and left it alone for past 2 years. I also admit it might just be me being stupid and not getting how the story flows. I have found it to be grindy but its still a good game if you have patience. the other thing I noticed is it does seems to lack in the felatio department... Don't get me wrong it has a lot of attractive females and many and varied sex positions, and plenty of them!

So. those are my two complaints, the merits of the game are plenty if you enjoy just playing to occupy time.

I think it's time to move on from this game. I enjoyed it for the most part. I didn't like the MC at first but it's easy to overlook later. I liked the women too. They're mostly stylized milfs and I think the models are a highlight of this game. The story was also serviceable if not spectacular.

Things I wasn't a fan of was the MC always bringing up other men during sex. It's really stupid and serves zero purpose unless you're an insecure man who is using a game to make yourself feel manly.

The May arc largely brought crappy gameplay. The dom/spanking thing was tedious. She also teaches the MC to clone himself with a spell and then they have a scene where she wacks them both off. I figured that doppleganger MC would show up but he didn't after that.

I get the game is tagged lesbian and I think there were only two scenes but talk about a buzzkill. Once women start fucking other people it is the end of the harem and becomes an open relationship. It's even dumber in this game because the LIs all talk about how much they love and want the MC so it's weird when they start fucking during a photoshoot. It's always that way though with lesbians and lesbo content. After spending day after day of building up the relationship it suddenly turns to shit after consummation because the girl realizes she feels like licking a pussy for dessert.

Honestly the game does kind of drag on anyway. The problem with sandbox games is it gets tedious to always look at the walkthrough so you can go to a certain place. The game has a serviceable walkthrough but it's still vague about the amount of days you need to wait. It only gives the total but doesn't track the actual days so you find yourself going to locations just to see if a trigger happens. It works well enough but again I found it mildly irritating flipping back and forth while bouncing to locations.

I would probably give this a four star for the overall gameplay which I really liked. The Lis were all pretty good and had good content. The dev still drops the ball though and ruins a good thing for some pointless scenes that take away from the romantic things the women are saying. That costs a star and instead of being good it's just average.

This is an average sandbox where you get to fool around with some MILFs and teens. Animations are kind of what you see in Illusion games but of course the camera is stuck. The "story" is a joke, you just keep wandering around as a horny dog looking for the next event that lets you finally have some action with another piece of meat set by a script. Too much repetition for quite poor rewards, the fap factor isn't there. Besides, as usual for many hentai-style games bodies are out of proportions and poorly drawn.

Maybe if this wasn't a sandbox and animations were replaced things would be better. As it is now, I find this game quite dull.

This is by far my most favorite game on this site to date. I wish there was more milf content, but honestly I can't complain with the existing content. I wish there was also more prego content, but that doesn't prevent this game from being great! Awesome game, 5/5 stars!

I have been a milf enjoyer for some time now and have been deeply graving for them (+neotori games)
and when i saw the name "milfy day" in the newly updated milf games, i clicked this and immediately got hooked seeing the preview pics.
and let me say this again: THIS GAME IS FREAKING AMAZING.
I love everything about it. The girls, the mc is good enough, not a pushover and no raper/forcer. Its a bit sad that there is no real corruption or more netori dark style, but i guess thats not the game for it.
But wow. This game has some slight femdom, but im okay with that by just pressing skip, the scenes are all so DIFFERENT, its no boring repetition scenes. You can clearly see how much work the dev(s) is putting into this work and im loving every second of it.
And the hottest main girl, the mom landlady.
My god, let me tell you, she is one of the finest milfs pieces I have ever seen in a game and every scene with her leaves me graving for more for her... her red hair, her blue eyes, her clothes, her waist, her curves, her breasts.. the way she lusts for the mc during sex... she is just so hot and perfect, its making me so happy, every time i see her.

i love the pregnancy content and the pregnancy counter. i think its a bit sad that the latest creampie scenes didnt add to the creampie counter, like Fiona should theoretically already be pregnant after the latest creampies, but i can imagine that the dev just didnt want to cross the line yet, creating new pregnancy content scenes yet.

the art and characters are absolutely adorable. sure some ppl may say its outdated, but its a game from 2021. if you just immerse yourself a bit more into the world, you would def get to like them more. yes, sometimes the characters dont look as good as games nowadays, but never forget that higher quality also means less content in general and that the dev isnt some god who can do everything himself while constantly increasing all qualities without having to sacrifice his arms and legs. give the devs some slack. you dont know how exhausting it is to create stuff like that...

Ahh and yes, the best feature yet to mention... the best implemented of any game I have playedso far (and i have played lots..):
The freaking gallery. Milfy day has THE BEST replay gallery I have ever seen. Instead of just repeating the sexy scenes. you are able to reread the WHOLE BUILD scenes + dialogues without repeating the sandbox gameplay. I was so impressed and happy to see that. Im normally a player who abuses the save slots to revisit great or lewd scenes and dialogues, but this gallery let me play this game with 4-6 save slots and i dont have to worry about replaying any scenes... its the greatest.

Milfy day is def a 12/10 game for me and i wish the dev(s) my best wishes for the future. He is a great content creator!!!

MC's personality is terrible, literlly a horny lapdog, being treated very bad but not even think of any comeback, just because MC still want to get a chance to bang that women.

There is a girl call Jessica, treat MC terriblely from game starts to finish, but MC just seem doesn't care. For real? Could not find any charm of this characters cuz she is not changed at all when story progress, shown no love or relationship just pure hatred towards MC. The worst part about this is, Jessica is not the only girl treat MC badly.

There is also a guy call Claude been a dickhead the whole game, but MC didn't even have any thoughts give him some karma, that guy just bully people around and gets no consequences, what a great story. （Otherthan being a MotherF, literlly meaning in both way, but Claude the bully got her first.)

Not to mention there an unavoidable submissve content, Where the women doesn't like MC at all, she have a ex husband she love and just purely torture MC, the words MC used the most to her is 'Please, we can be friends, why u can't treat me better?', when this girl just treat MC like shit, and 2 girls mentioned their ex alot and how they fool around other mans before they meet their ex, MC being described as a tool to put their ex boyfriend conflict away and sister reunion. ( From their appearance and background u can tell its the two heroine from Witcher3, and their ex surely is the famous white wolve, but game developers don't have to directly copies their backgound into the games, be creative and write ur own characters.)

After the event called daydream, the game goes into same old philosophical and dramatic stories again, either forcing MC to picking bewteen girls or girls act like they are going to cheat on MC, and at the end, tell people its real life not a game, that's how u will get in real life, Like, for real?

The rendering is soild, but MC should be more of a man, even he is shorter than average, and he talks like a 10 yo boy, can't takecare other people's feeling and try to be funny. its really cringe, another so called japanese style pathetic horny boy toyed by womens just because they have good figures. The plot also feels like writing by different peoples or writers just forgot what he wrote over times. Girls personality and stories are pretty broken, sometimes behave like this, sometimes behave like that, Fiona is a great example for it.

Won't reinvent the wheel, some dudes have already shared their opinions previously, and I concur.
In a TL;DR: You're a small and cringy dude, in cringy cliché situations, and you get to do stuff with women just because the plot said so.
Have seen worse, for sure, but whatever little story there is, it ain't compelling, and the animations don't justify the sandbox grind, much less carry the game as a whole.
