Absolutely amazing game! I am not a fan of Honey Select engine, but here the Dev managed to squeeze every bit of a potential from it. Models look very hot. Animations are good, but you sometimes recognize some Illusion games stock animations being used, although the Dev made a fair share of his own. In later patches of Milfy Day there are even better genital physics, which always sucked in Honey Select/Illusion games. Big props to Dev for trying to go above and beyond with the engine.
UI is very good, the in game tips and walkthrough on how to proceed are very welcome. Glad I didnt have to google or get some external walkthrough for this game.
Story is enjoyable and so are the scenarios you find yourself in.
Spectacular game, one of the best on this site.

Renders are subpar, and so are animations.
"Story" isn't really a thing. Just a teen horndog banging away, always the same phrases without any deeper sense.
Writing is bad as it can be, tons of mistakes in grammar, writing, pronouns, and even phrases are linked to wrong characters.

This game is alright. The renders and animations are good, and the gameplay is simple. Making quick money at first is a bit convoluted, but it becomes easier when you unlock the antiques shop. The story is boring, but that is literally the case with 99% of games on here. It's literally all just fan-service. I would suggest only playing the game for the animations.

-Story is a bit nonsensical.
-MC is a moron and a shrimp.
-MC combat ability extremely inconsistent. I got him magic, super powers (divine blessing boosting his strengh from sex), and martial arts training... and he still usually gets his ass kicked. Occasionally he will fight semi competently, but still lose. (eg: beat up 2 gangsters before the 3rd one downs him).
-MC is 18 years old, looks 12, has the mental development of 12, and goes to high school.
-Engrish is atrociously bad. Barely legible.

4.5 stars. rounding up to 5.

This is the first game that make me want to save and bookmark.

I really like the design, and the story flow was really tempting. Just play this game and learn how frustate are you. It has correct tag.

Game version I played had a bug, which affected my experience/rating for this game.

The models and UI are nice for a sandbox adventure type. The animations are also pretty decent.

Problem is the game's sandbox nature means bugs can occur as development goes and your progress resets because you have to start over. Alot of games of this nature have to juggle alot of variables and so broken questlines can sometimes occur.

Also, it's kind of grindy.

It is one of the most wonderful game i ever play. it have neerly every category i like. The sex sences is great and its storyline is good to me even i think it not even go halfway of the stoty.
And to me these MILF body in this game is really make me so hard, large boobs and big femoral

The last update I played was 0.4 and I thought it was good although it had elements that were quite cliché and I didn't quite like it, I would give it 3.5 stars. However, I just played the last update and I thought it was wonderful, 5 stars. The evolution of relationships is spectacular, and characters that seemed empty or uninteresting to me, like May, ended up becoming one of my favorites, not to mention Donna, the best character the game has so far, the best scenes, the best design, the best writing and relationship development.
All aspects of the game are interesting and it gives me the feeling that it can still improve much more.

Recommendations:
Nothing from NTR, absolutely nothing.
No share path, or completely optional.
If she thinks of any redesigns, a bigger, rounder ass, along with wide hips and large, shapely tits, would suit any character.
Not making the MC so SIMP.
Domineering and smart MC is always the best idea.
And A game alternative like VN could be a great idea

Not sure how this has got good reviews. The models are good, mostly.

The problems are the writing. Obviously English is not the 1st language of the dev but it's really terrible writing. The phrases and words sound so out of place, if someone spoke to you like that in real life you would assume they had severe brain damage.

Another problem with these type of games is that you constantly need to look at the walkthrough to figure out how to get the next scene. It's not a fun way to play a game.

Lastly another issue that plagues a lot of games on here - boring fantasy plot added in which I have no interest in.

If the game was re-written by someone who actually understands English language it would be a huge improvement.

This game is very good. Fat tits aplenty and thicc thighs for days. Strongly recommended. Looking at previous reviews it seems like it was hard to find events in the past but the version I'm playing now doesn't have that issue, the walkthrough is very clear on what's needed and it's easy to get there.

A good game overall, it has a lot a sex scenes witch are animated along with a plethora of female characters to indulge yourself although not to unique nor copypasted, a few errors here and there along with a simple story which does have a flow and doesn't just pops the sex scenes out of nowhere.

Terrible writing, constant exposition hurled at you by identical cardboard characters, and mile wide, inch thin content driven by the sandbox environment.

True to form, a full year after first playing this, none of the grammatical errors I first noticed have been fixed. With these sorts of Patreon-driven sandbox games, no further attention ever seems to be paid to existing content. (Surely they have English-speaking patrons willing to do some editing?)

This has been a wild ride of a game so far lmao, i had no clue what i was getting into, i came for the Milfs, stayed for the story.

Id give it a 5 star rating if the English was better, its a bit rough at times, but its good enough to understand after a while.

Nothing really wrong with this as a porn game, checks most of the boxes for an average incest harem game. The dev does decent work with HS2 here and the models are all nice and curvy even the ones that are suppose to be "skinny". If you aren't into curvy types probably best to skip.
There is a ton of sex which is great and it isn't completely out of the blue, the progression takes a bit of time for most of the main LIs. The animations are decent but the way the scenes progress can be hit or miss as can the dirty talk with a lot of, what i can only guess are translations into English, feeling a bit off as the LIs will call the MC stuff like "my little engine" which while i kinda get the gist, is a bit off putting. Some of the dirty talk is great and there is enough in the scenes for them to be arousing.
the narrative is pretty standard power fantasy of the MC protecting his family from the bad guys and fucking them all along the way. Nothing particularly wrong with that in a porn game imo, but nothing to reel you in if you aren't interested in the porn
The gameplay such as it is is simple and straightforward and there is a built in walkthrough that is clear and easy to use. The dev also does a nice job with the interface, it is fairly easy to use and nice looking. It's a sandbox, though no real grind, but if that is an absolute no then best to skip.
The only other thing worth mentioning is the MC is pretty small, the game doesn't have the shota tag but the MC is right up against that designation imo, so if that's a no best to maybe check it out and see if the MC's model bugs you

I rlly like the animations, and the ladies are beautifull the ingame WT have problems, for example the day countdown till the next scene is bugged (there it says like you have to wait for 2 days but the next morning it still says you have to wait 2 days, its just confusing) the structure of the game is rlly good as well, it reminds me of harem hotel with the lain mod, and srsly can noone correct-read it? i mean my english is not the best cause i'm a handsome german guy, but it really is disturbing., the grammar issues are real bad!

very good and well made game. i usually don't like open world games , but in this game is well implemented..without to much grind and you know what you have to do thanks to the WT. i would have prefered that MC doesn't look like a 12 years old boy...but seems that this is, sadly, a recurring issue and bad habit for most of this kind of game. anyway i reccomend this to all thos elike harem, milf, incest and supernatural.
