Yup, and that's still the plan going forward. The game will probably stay somewhere between NTS and soft NTR territory.
I did find a way to give the starving NTR enjoyers a little taste of what NTR will look like in the next update.

Turret Don't worry there won't be (and never will be) any intentional bleed-over into the NTS experience

Played the first few chapters today (I was gonna wait but anxiety beat me) and I really like the characters' vibes, and their interactions. Didn't get much into the sharing aspects - stopped at the part where Mina was telling mc about her staying late at the gathering with Jacob - but it seems things are flowing at a very organic and natural way, despite Alexis' wishes and I especially like that it seems mc won't be necessarily a submissive cuck (no kinkshaming, just not my thing - saw way too many of those going downhill very fast).

Is it planned to have a swinging focused path? Where the Male MC and Mina have equal amounts of opportunity to have direct fun (like involved in the actions) with others OR while there'll be those situations, the focus will remain in Mina and the girls' NTS?

There won't be a distinct "swinging path", but you’ll always be able to opt in or out of any interactions with other girls.
That way you can mix NTR, NTS, and swinging elements however you like.

I don't have any specific ratio of MC/Mina opportunities planned for future updates. However, in the next few chapters the focus will primarily be on Mina and the girls!

I imagined the immediate focus would be on them (makes complete sense) but I'm glad to know we have free choice in which roads to pursue, so maybe I can balance those opportunities myself on my playthroughs. Honestly, my concern came from other games from the same genres that either go full harem or full nts and end up neglecting what, for me, is the spice that comes with the variety of both having freedom to have fun, together and otherwise.
