I also like OneOne1 games (sucks about the translation quality though)

Circlekame games (parallel fantasy if+, parallel fantasy 0+, arm devicer!, etc.)
Melty's Quest
Fallen Bitch Leona's Exhibitionist Atelier (machine translation, but if you survived through oneone1's translations...)

Others (not as much ahegao as the others):
Ariadne
Doujin Circle Gyu! games (Sword Princess Cistina, etc.)

The Parallel fantasy games probably have the most "mind break". While others in this list aren't as hardcore.

yeah i done played that 1. quiet awesome but before it i was watching the hentai version so bit lack of what i surprise. most of the black lilith group already came out on anime.
