I would just play on 1.1.0 and then check additional added content with the buggier version.
Way I see it, lack of translation of status pages and many ui elements (and possibly even more stuff deeper into game) makes 1.3 not even worth considering.

There Is a similar game with good enougth translation. Is peak netori. Only bad thing u need to cheat because u need a lot of money. But Is good game. Not sure Is i can pass the link game there but the name Is Hypnosis family planning s. Is anyone know more game like this, is will be amazing.oh man, if only they add netorare element into it that would be wonderful

You can find it like "Hypoxic Family Planning S–How to Protect the Ideal Family, Subsc. Hypoxic Defense Techniques" at least i think he/she is referring to that game, it's on f95 and ryuugames, its a good game but a little bit messy and quantity for quality.
