At what point does is a game eligible for being posted on this site content wise?
Just hot nudity or anything fetish related or what?
I only read one clause on underage stuff not being allowed but other than that nothing on what is allowed.

There's a "no nudity tag", that should give you a hint regarding the answer, no ?

As long as there's content reserved for adult, and it's not a mainstream content (like AAA games by example), I don't think that there's an effective restriction to what can be uploaded.

There is no such thing, the Non-Sexual Content refers to the lack of pornographic content (ie, PEGI16 lewdness).
