I know this is the opposite of what people come here for, but I'm looking for games for post nut or nnn. Something like a sandbox or rpg that has a genuine fun system or story to work with and minimum porn scenes/ero interactions, or at least avoidable or doesn't happen often. I'm still a degen so I would rather play an adult game rather than waste my time on trying some expensive steam game.

Demons Roots (if you want a great story) or Black Souls II (for the game play) might be something you would enjoy. They are both RPGM games.

Eternum has a great story. The lewd scenes can be considered more fan-service than an actual element of the game.
Strive for Power/Conquest can be played while mostly ignoring the lewd elements.
Free Cities and DohnaDohna are mostly management games with some porn.
LostChapter is fun, the sexy pics are a plus. Same for RoboLife 2.
The porn in Sengoku Rance is mostly there to highlight how much of a piece of shit the MC is. The gameplay stands out by itself.
And The Last Sovereign - along with Eternum, the one porn game that you can confidently say that you play for the plot.
