tries to tell a story, build a world, and has conflict in the characters. specially luna, kurone and leo, ivi... is hard carried by having magic and its kinds of dumb character and easylly could have been killed or defeated. but for fortune the arc of kurone, leo and luna is probablly one of the best character stories i have seen in alot of time. (even thought luna is brought down by having to deal with ivi and being able to fall with extreme ease, more being him a simple imp)

Had freezing game issue on steam deck running proton (likely user error using Linux Game Update patch instead of windows)

Personal Thoughts
Luna is a total babe and any game with a tan heroine who is also strong as a bonus I'm insta downloading. I like the stat updates that show feelings toward each character, seeing the feeling updates is a small touch that adds a lot to the experience. Pacing is good and it took around 5-6hrs to complete with fast reading.
I would have preferred if the player could lose through mismanaging the mana system rather than a dialogue choice that is clearly labeled like (Warning! Please Save! This choice will begin NTR route), ruins the immersion a bit.
Conclusion: 100% recommend for corruption/NTR fans alike.

Best NTR/Corruption game.

Pros:

Cons:
- No real VA
- Sex scenes could be better / gets repetitive
- No third girl route

The stake and tug of war is well written, while the leap of logic has me fuming with immovable object from the game.
The prologue already has me frustrated with the bait n' switch from Protagonist companion,
knowing that little imp already having his grubby hand on your sister look-alike, lead me to restless sleep.

However, let me tell what an ingenious move that is from my perspective.
I'm not a fan of Netotare, so looking at the chart with the mindset of Harem Protag,
My first instinct is to raise the affection for both of heroine
But in game stories would show how that would downplay the effort of PC love interest, making a dissonance and motive for character in the story.

So in summary:
Mind control is bad, only good when player has it

Story, Character, and Art carry this game to one of best NTR games.

5/5 Story
- The story is gripping even with occasional 'lost in translation' moments, both from Japanese culture with -sama honorifics to occasional slip ups like he/she getting flipped
- It follows 20 something days and I was incredulous that it'd be interesting for so many days but there really is only 1-3 filler moments. It was edge of seat and captivating the entire time... I was invested the entire time.
- My only gripe is that the story will flip flop between intelligent detail-to-attention to just silly porn logic and occasional railroading.

5/5 Characters
- The characters are great. There's a golden retriever royal guard (my fav), an edgy but soft assassin ninja lady, and the popular idol like magic girl. Even the side NPCs that they intentionally don't name have surprising characterization. It's shocking that "Guard H" or "Guard in Red Armor" has more of a story and impact than other games that spend 10 hours trying to develop someone.

- Love the art and character designs. They are all incredibly sexy, even if I don't like their body proportions, their outfits and aesthetics make up for it. You learn that the ninja lady feels naked with her mask off, the royal guard's outfit and sword are somewhat meaningful, and the witch actually does witchy things.

- The game is definitely fappable for those that like NTR. Someone get railed in the nearby room is definitely there.
- But I do wish the game was more hardcore. One of the characters involves a lot of mom/son play kink, which is a miss for me. I would've liked to see more bdsm, group sex, public humiliation, slavery, etc.
- The other downside is that the recollection room is bad. The game straight up says not all the CG is in there, some scenes don't have context or writing. You also can't track progress of seen/unseen stuff, so you can accidentally get huge story spoilers.

4/5 Gameplay
- This one is hard to review. It does something unique which is "double NTR" which means the male character can cheat AND the female character can cheat. There's an ending where they both cheat, none cheat, etc. The true ending has some generous leeway on what scenes you can see. There's a cool love meter that shows the back and forth tug-of-war between conflicting sides.
- However, one of the juiciest parts of NTR is not knowing, and while there's a 3rd screen that can hint at stuff, the game doesn't do a great job at letting you being an unknown victim.

Illusion of Gameplay
- The downside (but possibly also an upside) is that the choices don't really matter. There's massive warnings about "you should save now and view all story branches" which kinda cheapens your decisions when it's presented as such a dramatic branch. Also too many warnings about "this is irreversible" "this is an ending branch" and so on.
- The game also straight up tells you some NTR bad ends are "what if scenarios" and you should reload. It really dulls the narrative edge, there's no good reason to say stuff like that... let the brutal ending be brutal.
- The reason this is an upside is because gamers are going to explore multiple endings anyways. If they made you replay the entire game to see the endings, I'd go download a save. So it respects my time a bit more, though the extreme QOL does lessen a bit of the NTR vibes and story oomph.
- Anyways, the game lets you collect various knowledge/experiences and use them throughout which is cool. It doesn't happen often though. So please give more of that please for the next game!

Summary
The game gets a 5/5 from me, though it isn't perfect. It's well worth your time if you are into NTR or into mom/son kinda kinks (go for ninja lady) or into being seduced by an idol like witch (go for pink haired lady). Sadly I cucked myself by liking the golden retriever the most (please please characters like her).

The most awful experience i ever got on a porn game.
There is no gameplay, the game depends on your interest in the 4 hours of dialoges, 5 hours of awful map design and thousands of more hours just to get to every single event the game puts on your way.
This makes me ask why this game is this high rated, since it depends a lot on the interest of the player on the story. If you dont care, and you just want to look the scenes, killing yourself looks more sexy that playing this.
There is barely ANY scene in the game, there is barely one every hour of walking, and not only these are not animated, they barely even show anything interesting (personal taste).
Hell, i dont even recommend to look at the scenes on other sites, just dont look at them, they are not worth the unrealistic amount of time you will invest in walking and skipping text.

This probably has something in the side of the story, but as an user focused on the porn, this shit is barely porn. And if i had to look at it focused on the gameplay... Its the most awful experience of my life (feels like the guy who made this didnt even play it).

I really dont understand the good reviews here. This game is mediocre at best. The scenes are okay, not good whatsoever. Basic static images. Apart from that there are 2 or 3 small pixel animations. Thats it. The story is interesting, thats the good part of the game, but lets be honest, who plays a game here for the story. And the annoying part of it is that you play for like 2 mins and then always comes some sort of progression lock and youre forced to watch the characters talk. Its hardly a game really. No gameplay mechanics whatsoever. This could have been a VN. All you do is talk. If there wasnt any NTR in the game, i wouldve given 1 or 2 stars only.

Game is incredibly hot but like the previous reviewer mentioned if you're just here to jerk off to a game you will want to go the NTR route which is really good. Some of the NTR was a bit harsh be warned so warned not for the feint of heart. The women are hot, the scenes are hot and i have no complaints besides the ending being a bit rushed.

I'll keep this short and to the point—most of the other reviews are solid and worth reading before you play. That said, I only played through once and went for the non-NTR route.

I was satisfied with the true ending from a story perspective. However, if you're looking for NSFW content and plan to avoid NTR, be warned: the non-NTR route is pretty limited. There's only a handful of scenes (breastfeeding, handjob, kissing, missionary), and from what I saw in the recollection room, the other route includes a lot more variety and positions.

So, if you're mainly here for fap material (which you obviously are bc you are in this site) and you're not into NTR, this probably isn't the game for you.

Easily one of the best ntr games ever made, the corruption is heavy, the scenes are great, the girls are steaming hot, and the plot is pretty good.
I'd even say its underrated, it deserves much more recognition.

I played only the route and looked at the NTR content in the recollection room. I think this is a pretty good game, some of the sex scenes are quite disappointing.

But the story and writing is quite good. I regret not doing the NTR route, as I think that is what this game is made for.

The fully fleshed out non-ntr path was absolutely amazing. This is one of those games where the existence of NTR just elevates the full vanilla route like crazy.
The ntr paths were decent, but honestly I wanted a bit more in terms of art and after effects. Like it's not really fun to see text saying "the human side was fucked after these events."I really would have liked to see some fallout with sexy scenes like we get in "The Otherworldly Cheat Heroine Easily Corrupted".
Also would have liked a bit more drama and length in the ntr endings. But this felt primarily like a "fight for the true route" type of game, rather than "enjoy the ntr slow corruption while the vanilla is optional".
The fall happens a bit too fast sometimes, but it's understandable given the while magic / mind cotrol theme.
Overall 10/10, very enjoyable 7-8 hours of gameplay with fleshed out charecters.

I'm kinda disappointed to be honest. The reviews and the first chapter led me to believe this one was special.

The game is way too easy, there is no point to ever give any secret to kurone even if you fall fOr all her charm tricks, you have plenty of opportunities to replenish MP so the only reason to go for her is if you're actively trying to fuck the party with retarded decisions. Same thing with Luna corruption, she can safely refuse to fall without any consequences.

It would be cool if the wound actually made the MC weaker so Luna is forced to be more submissive to fill the bottle faster (because she care for him and he needs to work on the barrier), increasing corruption. Same with Kurone, a weaker MC have to keep going to her unless he want to skip days and risk not completing the task. (the game is actually linear, you only use magic when the girl tell you too, or only study when the game tells you, no balancing events and a deeper secret)

And let's not forget kotori becoming irrelevant mid game lol, her entire point was to show the player what could happen to Luna. Why not have her seduce the MC to undermine his relation with Luna?Why only one guy trying to corrupt the girls in a fortress full of horny soldiers?

I really thought this one would escape the cliche of me having to actively do dumb decisions to see NTR content or have actual challenge for me to balance NTR and finishing the game but, alas, they never seem to learn.

Most NTR games suck. They either have you play as the guy who has nothing to do while the girl gets fucked or you play as the girl and you have no reason not to pick the sex options because why are you even here? This game sidesteps it by having a good reason to divide the 2 and giving both of them their own arcs that determine the ending

If you want a more hopeful romance story with NTR as a narrative hurdle, awesome! The true end story is actually kinda beautiful for an h game
The scenes themselves are kinda basic. there's no animation, a few recycled CGs, and a lot of them are told outside of scenes with basic sprite scenes. If you're just in it for scene viewer, you're probably going to be very bored.
This game really is a great example of how eroge can be uniquely good as a medium for porn.

Actually really good NTR game that has multiple ending, True/Normal ending, NTR ending, and Double NTR ending. Has a pretty good story where at the first i personally just try to get or go to the NTR route as much as possible but suddenly i really want to get good ending because of the story. The characters is really sexy and beautiful too, Recommended for you that like NTR or not.

I loved the cast of characters all unique on there own. the game made the protags choices and personality impact how the story played out. If you gave into lust your personality would come of as submissive and unimportant on how you would be viewed to others.

I do like that the dev has the TRUE END as the overall "good ending" where both protags overcome all obstacles and stay together to move on another day. nice tease for the next works heroine (I assume) and how Leo and Luna fit in to the overall story. also like that Luna straight up just kills the demon in the ending, pretty satisfying. And if you like full corruption on both fronts or just the heroine corruption, you'll like that what-if route as well im sure

Love this game, definitely my favorite porn game! I love the character development. I personally played it once by avoiding NTR as much as possible and then replayed twice with the other endings. It doesn't have as many graphics or animations as other games do, but as someone who likes to read porn because I prefer in-depth characters, story, and contextual stations, this game is incredible. The art is also great and cute. There's only a few things I wished would be better: more interaction/choice with Kotori and more NTR scenes that have enemies other than Sadi (like when Luna went to her room with a soldier near the ending). When ending the game, it feels kind of somber like the end of a movie because of how immersive and invested I became.

i would give this game a 3.5 star. its plays very much like a VN, although your choices do matter. there is a lot of text and story telling. thats basically the entire game. there are a good number of scenes and background story telling.

the down side to this game is the gfx and h scenes are about average and you r not gonna get an erection from this game. the story can also be confusing and hard to follow at times. and its not a super fun game due to how the game design works.

overall its a good game, better than the average around here, but falls short of being a great game.

If you liked the first game, A Rift in the Crypt, then you will probably like this game as well.

The NTR remains hot, and it's always nice to see reverse NTR (where the guy is the one stolen by another woman). The story is even better this time around and it's clear the creator is setting up for their own porn franchise.

Don't worry though, if you haven't played the first game. While their are several references to the first game here Mirage is designed to be a standalone game. So if you're curious and looking for a good NTR and reverse NTR game then I would recommend this game.

With that said I do feel the game's story has left behind the actual sex scenes.

So I was thrilled to see the creator challenge themself with this second game. Instead of 6 days we have a whole month this corruption takes place in, instead of only 1 love interest getting NTR it looks like 2.......but sadly both these things prove to be a disappointment.

While 30 days is a good amount of time to have a lot of sex scenes in it, that just doesn't happen. Instead we largely play up the same beats sex wise as Crypt. That is definitely a problem since the scenes in Crypt was paced as a 6 day game, so what does the creator do to fill up the rest of the time?

Well throw in a lot of pointless filler sex. This is where the second LI Kotori comes in. It's very weird, she's clearly setup as the "sister" arch type who has unreturned feelings for the MC. They even give her a lewd stat page like Luna so everything points to her being another LI but then they just straight up delete the stat page and throw her aside. Like I thought we were going to do this neat thing where she's trying to seduce the MC too but the villain is also seducing her and turning her into a demon but no that doesn't happen.

All of her scenes were just so disappointing since the villains just flip a switch (mind blast) and she instantly becomes a slut, no buildup, heck there's not even real corruption there since its clear she's subconsciously against the idea. The villain makes a point of stating this but he honestly doesn't care enough to slowly break her in since his main targe is Luna (other LI). Then mid-month the heroes free her and she's largely just forgotten about sex wise from that point on. She still plays an important role in the story but she lacks any sex scenes in the second half of the game.

There's also ANOTHER seducer character besides the Witch, but she's even worse (I didn't bother remembering her name). She has zero connection with the heroes and isn't interested them at all sexually. She just sleeps with the other guards......it's literally filler sex until we get to the good stuff with Luna and the MC.

At least she contributes a little to the story but sex wise she does nothing and the game would have been better without her scenes in it.

To Mirage's credit I do feel the reverse NTR part was better than the first game. Adding more scenes and buildup to the MC getting seduced by the Witch. But the normal NTR part is hurt by the game's pacing since no new content was put in there which is a shame! With the added time I was expecting their to be more scenes of turning Luna into the base's slut, with her secretly seducing the guards, or acting more slutty in public.

But no, it's pretty much beat for beat the same as in Crypt. (For those who haven't played Crypt I'm taking about your standard "Kiss, grope, handjob, BJ, sex, slut") Now to be clear it's still well written, but the game's pacing hurts it. Honestly this game should be cut in half with all of the fluff in it.

The other major issue this game has is the degradation of the actual game mechanics. Again it seems like at one point they were planning on having this mystery mechanic where you're gathering clues to prove the bad guys are bad before they seduce the heroes and you have to manage your in game time.

But no, this is basically a VN with the occasional choice on who you want to sleep with. There is no thinking here, just the occasional annoyance of searching the map for characters.

And really only your last choice in the game matters (which ending you want to go to). On one hand I did like the fact the game does this since it makes getting the other endings very easy but that's only because I realized I didn't want to play this game again. Which I think shows you that the game has a fundament design problem.

Overall this game is fun and a good time, but I do think it's flawed and a sign that the creator is focusing too much on the story when they also need to be thinking about the smut scenes and game mechanics. Hopefully this trend doesn't continue in the third game.
