Missing dll file. Cant run (mostly) Renpy games

Hi,

i hope someone can help me with my problem.
i encountered it some time ago and i really bugs me because i cant play some of the newest version of my favorite games.

Mostly with Renpy game i have this bug ( see attached file ) that i cant even start the games.

Any help welcome

You are missing core dlls and using windows 7...

that makes me suspicious from the get-go
and i would like to have confirmation that that is the way to do it
it is nothing personal
