Seeking MMO shooter or RPG (not porn) with a couple criteria

I'm finally on a connection that can handle twitch-based games like FPSes and third-person shooters. I'm looking for such a game with the following criteria:

- Respawns within a match. If you die, no big deal, you can respawn. Ideally without having to wait potentially minutes for the next round or whatever.
- Progression system. Unlock new weapons, classes etc. as you play. No problem with it being grindy.
- Should be F2P or have a free trial.

Oh, and I'll also take suggestions for MMORPGs with those criteria.
