The games plot is you break into a japanese home and you can choose to molest either the mother or one of her two daughters. you also have the option to drug them while molesting them. In the mother route you drug the husband and have your way with her while he is out cold and basically mind break her. As for the daughter I can't recall what much about their routes except in the younger daughter route you act like a creepy older brother.
