Seeking Mom-Son games with sexual scenes involving the Mom sleeping?

Played DoD, Milftoon Drama and Summertime Saga.

Looking for games which has a scene where the son does something sexual to the mother during her sleep. Can be because of alcohol, sleeping pills or passed out.

no actual sex is fine, as long as the scene is sexual like a titfuck or just groping.

It has sleep sex scenes with both sisters and the mother. Here is my actual review of it:

Superb. The animations are great, the renders high quality and unique - not standard run of the mill models.

What really sets this title apart is the game play loop and story which is actually fun. I don't think I skipped a single line of dialogue. The build up to the sex scenes are also very well thought out and the incest and corruption is executed close to perfectly. Including the actual sleep sex scenes which are more than typical jerking off over a sleeping person. The choices are nice, the variety is there and a ton of content overall.

It's high on my best-of list.

Simply amazing. Great graphics and camera control, probably the best hand job animations I saw in games so far.

I'm not a fan of sci-fi setups but this one did it good. The scene buildup is amazing, especially sleep harassment and wine involving evenings.

This game is also near perfect when it comes to interactions during the action scenes. This brings a new dimension to the 'stuck under the sink' interaction.

You really need to try this title.

Downloading echoes of lust at the moment and might as well ask you here since you reviewed the game and know about it:

So I noticed the incest patch simply says to replace the names as Mom and Sis?

Does that mean no dialogue change? I enjoy the genre for the taboo aspect of it and the character's conflict and the buildup to them finally accepting it.

Doing just name replacements makes it feel superficial to me, i.e no recognizition of their relationship outside of just calling them mom/sis.

but you mentioned in your review the dialogue in this game is good so it makes me think if that's the case or not.

Usually when games contain an incest patch it is the other way around. They started out or are intended to be incest games and the whole dialogue is written to that effect, after that they get censored and most of that happened when Patreon changed its rules to disallow incest. Without the patches the games tend to default to landlady, friend instead of mom, son sister.

To answer your question, the relation is actually intended in the dialogue, the re-naming just makes it explicit.
