I've been taking photos of my mom for a while now, with hidden cameras and when she's sleeping... Next time I see her like that I might not be able to control myself anymore...

I typically dislike AI... but damn. These are amazing. Cannot wait to see more of your work.
Yeah, this is indeed AI. And thanks! I've really tried to focus on trying to go for as photorealistic look on these as possible. The last time I tried local AI image generation was like two years ago and when I got back to it last month I was blown away at what's possible now.
My workflow is pretty straightforward. I use Stable Diffusion locally through the Automatic1111 web UI. All my images are generated using the new

I start by creating a detailed prompt. Then, I generate a batch of about 30 low-resolution images using the DPM++2M sampler. From that batch, I pick the best one and move it to image-to-image. I use the DPM++3M SE sampler there, slowly increasing the resolution in steps. Each step involves generating another batch of about 5 images, and I pick the best again. I repeat this until I reach my desired final resolution. Finally, I use inpainting to add detail, especially to areas like faces and genitalia. If needed, I sometimes use the free version of InsightFaceSwap to get a more consistent face across multiple images. You do need a pretty beefy GPU to do all this efficiently, I have a 4080.
