I'm looking for any RPG games where the more money you have, the more options available. I don't just mean small stuff either, I mean possibly entire character relations, locations, or even plot.

Well, one of the most complex story heavy games you can come across is The Last Sovereign. This one comes with an multitiered, complex investment system that involves trade offs between income, relationship points (to about 20 different people) dozens of other factors. It is not a looker, since it uses the standard graphics of RPG Maker VX Ace. And the sex scenes are text only. But it is the best story I have ever encountered in a computer game, sexual content or otherwise.
