The only thing I can remember about the game is, there was a scene where the hero was defeated in an arena like situation by a wolf monstergirl succubus and was raped anally on the spot by her while the companions commented and watched. She had blue fur and was a futa. By the end of the scene, instead of draining him of his energy, she ended up getting sucked dry by him. I wish I had even an image to share, would make things easier to identify.
