Strive for Power 1 you can start with a relative as slave/partner (but if you found the sex scenes in Liliths throne lacking... well, they are pretty much one sentence here). In
CoC 1 you can have sex with your harpy daughters, your goblin daughters and your minotaur sons. Propably also mouse children. Definetely Ant children (all male). Harpy and Ants should be well within monster Girl range (goblin too). Minotaurs propably too, but the mice are definitely dangeroursly hairy. There might be a mod somewhere for stuff with your Salamander daughter.
The problem is your particular combination. The "big" western creator has moved from monster girls to furry futas. And also bend his knee to patreon in their eternal crusade against incest. And rape. And beastiality. And hand-holding. On the japanese side you have 13 year old **human** protagonists, which makes blood relationships somewhat difficult. I honestly never saw a japanese game with monsterboys. Maybe there is something on the eastern side that might fit, but i don't have that much experience with japanese games.
