I gave Luka Ultimate Headdress, it gives x3 Job EXP. I have 5 of Maid Headdress which gives x1.5 Job EXP. Is it possible to find more of these?

Ultimate Headdress this is a gift from Promshteyn for 10,000 Affection. You won't find one like it until the third game.
Regular versions of this accessory can be purchased at the casino for x1.5 in Grandeur.
But in general, the most effective way to farm experience is with a doll singer (or a machine, I don't remember exactly which one has a song worth x3 experience). It stacks with accessories.

Also, got confused/stuck on Hellgondo Cave Chests Location. I have Unopened Chests mod and even after I found an exit out of it, 6 Red, 2 Blue and 2 Green Chests were left unfound. Is Hellgondo Cave splitted on several parts?
You are in alternative world. Hellgondo Cave in main world and in alternative world were labeled the same in the mod.
Now it has been updated with more clarity. Download updated version of the mod from the wiki.

pick a fresh instal of the game and use the pictures folder inside. Or transfer your save.

I finally got Narwhal Girl! I need only Manta Girl, and then be busy with Succubi, Wyvern and Behemoth in Alternative World!
That depends on what you consider the "last boss". If you have beaten that "red and black little bundle of chaos" yep, you reached the finish line. For now. There is more content planned down the road.
Going back to the decision means you finished one route and you gotta go to the other(s), though careful! If you go back to the decision you might miss some recruitable companions, so if you wish to "Catch them all" play it from the beginning, a bit repetitive if you have seen the other side of the story already, great if you haven't.
The gold chests are to be opened after you unlock a certain job down the Thief progression.

There's a new translation out. Trying to use the patcher myself only resulted in Japanese menus and poorly aligned/sized English text.
