Seeking Monster girls - Specific circumstances

Cohabitation/childhood friend
Relationship growth/marriage.

The only caveat being it's monster girl(s).

Unfortunately my game is only in v0.2 but it’s about a bunch of cute monster girls living on a farm together. The pregnancy is coming later. There is a large emphasis on making the girls friends with each other so the harem lifestyle in mid-late game feels natural.
