bcg really nails it with pacing for this genre. like it's a nice amount of content and progression for the kinks and story for an isolated update if you also account for the waiting time, but also makes sense overall if you imagine someone playing through the entire game at once. at least that's how i feel about it so far

Yeah the big picture. Some updates viewed in isolation might feel lackluster because of it, but as a whole the game should feel more natural for it, in the end. Well, that is the intent, at least

It doesn't matter if the game is being played on a cell phone or a computer, if it has this problem of poor optimization, it stays that way on both because today's cell phones are very modern and run much heavier games. I myself have played other games that are much bigger than this one and ran very well. There is another game in the same style of NTR, which is the one there, my new girlfriend. This one is very well optimized and its scenes are very fluid, which is how I would like the scenes in this game to be. (besides, playing on the cell phone is much better and more practical, at least that's what I think since you can play anywhere, just find a quiet place, I've played a few times even when I was in college)

I do understand what you're saying I wasn't trying to say you were wrong or anything. But I was just pointing out that BCG hasn't dropped his own android or Mac ports, which are usually great and don't mess up, so we'll just wait for those links

"Impoverished losers".....wow.....well Nick Herr born in 69 im assuming, you have your opinion, but can you not try and put others down when we're all trying to enjoy this game together? It doesn't matter what device someone is playing it on, we all have questions for the dev and BCG is nice enough to actually answer as much as he can (unlike other devs). And if something isn't working right shouldn't that person ask for help so they can enjoy the same quality game you're enjoying?....let's not try and feel entitled here ok?

Ok we got it you got the PC master Race club with your RTX4090 and 64GB of ram with a 1TB SSD

The sad state of unfinished games now with less bang for your buck is all because of people not complaining and buying those piece of shit games that are going to cost 80$ minimum and even got Nintendo to do it since why bother if the consumer going to buy it anyway.

Now LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING game optimization is the bread and butter of a great developer, if he can't fit the dam thing to work on a 4gb laptop that is running low specs it will bloat the game in the long run and eventually those bad habits to not find creative solutions to run at a stable 30 fps will only lead to make even the RTX 4060 to not work well. You got that, dev needs to suffer and optimize his game to reach a lot of people.

Now shove that RTX card where the sun don't shine and quit that lord attitude on other console peasants.

Playing through Shadows of Ambition rn, it's good but not even close to Moonripple Lake. Man this game is just another level, it seems really nothing comes close in all regards. Heck, face expressions alone put ML above almost all other stuff on the market. But it also has the best 2d animated scenes, the best story, the best writing, the best everything, oh man...

Hahahaha, pretty much! Even though BCG uses the same animator I use for the animations, but I do agree tbh. Moonripple is just on another level entirely, but that's fine. it just shows there's still a lot of things I can do to improve!
