BCG has already stated this is an NTS/sharing game. Any major NTR events/routes would come after the game is finished, kind of as 'dlc'. If he decided to do that.

Drago is like a sidekick in VNs like this. He sometimes gets some and has the potential to keep the story interesting. It's usually tricky to have more male characters who have sex aside from the MC, but it kinda works well if it's pulled off well.
