Seeking More gameplay focused games with NTR side quests

This might be a bit too specific but does anyone know of games that have a greater focus on actual gameplay while also having optional NTR content that can be seen through optional side quests? Only example I know of is Seed of the Dead 2: Sweet Home and I haven't been able to find any others.

What I'm looking for is somewhat opposite of this, getting the NTR content through your efforts as optional content rather than as a consequence for failing.
