Seeking Most extreme and gory games

I am looking for games like Sadistic blood or The tower. I tried euphoria and maggot baits before, and probably a few others. And I am looking for games like those made by black cyc who made sadistic blood and gore screaming show. I am fine with VNs but I don’t like kinetic novels. If you can give something that is not a VN, that would be a plus. I also like a female protagonist with big boobs. And no one who looks like a child. Thank you!

I don't know if you've played LonaRPG? It's a female protagonist, but she definitely does not have big boobs - she's kinda flat chested. That said it is definitely filled with gore, violence, rape and all that stuff.

The controls takes some getting used to, though.
