That is a common thing with QSP games. Make sure you have a sound system connected to your pc. Like a sound set or a headphone. Doesn't need to be turned on.

Just downloaded the english version haven't played it yet. But browsing the Russian version there is a studio update with a bit(edit quite a bunch) of NTR and

downloaded the game and playing it but i cant activate any quests it seems? i pressed the lightbulb but it shows nothing.

If you want the see most of the game then no. Dad plays a mayor part in the game. You could just play the quests with your character that doesn't include ntr but then it is like half a game. But then again there is an island you can go to with my favorite character.
And for the other questions just poring in this thread, just play the bloody game.

Unfortunately it is a list of folders with alphanumeric names. Not really easy to found what are you looking for.
