Hello!

This is a development thread for Mousetrap: Theft & Bondage - a BDSM-themed stealth game!
A playable demo will be available soon, within the coming week!

Gameplay:
Steal kinky outfits and accessories for your character, found across various locales!
Find spots to hide from the guards, some with lewd animations!
Some characters will reward you in their own special way if you help them out!

Story intro:
Ratalie found herself working off a debt to the local thieves guild after being framed for robbing their hideout.
As a result, she must steal as much as possible to repay that debt, and climb the ranks of the Maus Troupe, a group of mouse thieves, to find the real culprit!

Nice, gifs look really solid! I like the mousetail physics. I'm excited to try the demo and see how it feels to play, whenever it's ready.

After playing Seleka Exposes Herself and Miss Lisette's Assassin Maid I feel like stealth games have a lot of potential to mesh really well design-wise with erotic content.

Putting more finishing touches into the alpha playtest release,
we are currently planning to release it this friday, so in 5 days.

For a 0.1.0 release this is extremely well polished. Models and animation are superb, good one-handed controls, decent exploration. If this is the barebones / framework version of the game, I'm very eager to see how this turns out when it hits 1.0. Definitely staying on my radar and supporting when I can.


Given that its the initial release, not a whole lot of feedback to give that doesn't feel redundant, but I will still say the camera needs some extra work.
Camera Angles
For the most part, it adjusts pretty well when it needs to, like getting on a ledge or climbing stairs, etc. When you are the ground you really don't get any idea of whats above you, and in order to look down from a place you need to jump up on a railing/ledge, potentially exposing yourself when you are trying to be stealthy. Adding a yaw up or yaw down would help a lot, even if its only while stationary​
Hole in Walls
When you enter those small holes you either have to jump-up or crouch into, you have no idea what the hell is on the other-side, or the camera is pointing straight down. Making the wall disappear while passing through would be nice. Could also be something to take away when blindfolded to make those more risky to pass through​
