there was a game where your roomate was turned from a guy to a girl and i believe there was a counter and if it got to high they couldn't turn back. (sorry if that description kinda sucked)

No it was a 32 bit ish kind of game and i think it took place in a japan style setting and if they climaxed too many times aka the counter goes up too high and it might have taken place during summer
