Basically see title. I want to find a game where male MC got fully biologically transformed into a female, but is able to reject feminisation and become tomboy-ish instead, not just with looks, but with behavior as well - continuing habits from previous life, even if female body is no longer properly suited for them, doing sports, not doing makeup, refusing any sexual advances from male chars, even beating the shit out of them sometimes, and if MC previously was heterosexual, the transformed self will become lesbian after adjustment period, etc. Bonus points if sprite/model has visible abs in this path.
