Secondly, are you able to save with the patch applied? I have no issues with saving or loading in the original game, but it crashes when trying to save with the English patch.

I saved with right-click menu option. Anyway, updated patch (fix crash on save).

This patch doesn't even have the patch when you install it doesn't show a patch at all the words remain in japanese.

Which sucks.
