My dude the actual apk isn't 33 mbs to begin with, and the file in the link is in an mp4 format. Did you check your link at the very least?
I already played it just go to Kemono Party.
Also the game is quite disappointing in my opinion. The game over suck too I hope they add Nakadashi animation. Also when the monster finish sex with you the character just ragdolled which is weird in my eyes

It's still 1.0 it might improve. But I've seen a lot of Hgames with Sequels and mostly terrible. Like Seed of the Dead. The sequel of the game is HORRENDOUS!
