Identify Multiplayer games

My friend is interested in a multiplayer game, where you can meet people and have sex, sorta like a hub world where you can meet people i suppose? any help is appreciated, i will do my best to answer any questions on his behalf as well.

You'll get this answer a lot, but Second Life is one of the places they can try out. The biggest issue is just the price though for it all as if you want fancy stuff for your avatar, it can add up very quickly.
