Seeking Multiplayer/Sandbox NSFW (furry?) games?

Looking for games that have multiplayer and/or sandbox gameplay with character customization (and sex - with NPCs or other players).
I'm fine with mods too.
Mostly focused on furry content, but human is mostly fine, just less preferred.

So far, I've already played Lilith's Throne, COC/TiTS isn't really something I like.
Also tried BDCC, it's also nice and fun, but it doesn't take long to finish it until the whole prison gets repetitive.
Tried Rimworld with RJW, was OK but long loading times due to mods.
Starbound with Sexbound was eh, okay. The main game got quite boring on it's own, so there's that.
Bethesda games - I don't really know how or where to find high-quality mods, not a big fan of forum/board-skimming.
EraTohoK - was OK, but it also got boring fast when I played through most of it's content. I'm interested in games who have similar sex systems and interaction, though. It's one thing that I find admirable.
^ I don't mind people suggesting me these above, I'm mostly stating these to let others know I've already played these and know them, it's just that I do not know how to make them 'fresh' and intriguing.

If it needs to be said, I don't like VNs.
Nor "social" games that are like Second Life with paywalled content. Paid is fine, pay-to-play no thanks.

When it comes to sandbox - I'm usually looking for things that are akin to Minecraft, Starbound, etc. Procedural generation, open-world, freedom to explore.

I'm told Conan Exiles has active ERP with mods, I'll be buying it next sale on the Steam version.

there are mod installers for skyrim u might wanna look into, they install all the mods needed; also if u are looking for specifics u just add another mod focused on it

Have u tried KoboldKare? its on here and steam. I recommend the steam version because most multiplayer servers are often modded with different models from the steam workshop but u can still join others with the f95 download but you're limited to only vanilla servers which is rare. The game is focused on NSFW content and the number of servers can vary throughout the day but it can be very fun with others.
