I’m currently working on a VN where the main character is a strong, fit mom – not the usual “soft MILF” you see in most games. I’ve already released v0.2, and so far the feedback from those who played it has been positive.

But I’ll be honest: I do worry sometimes that the number of players who are actually into “muscle moms” is so small you could count them on one hand. My fear is putting in hundreds of hours only to find out that in the end maybe five people in the world enjoy this kind of character.

So I’m genuinely curious: how do you feel about a main female character who is both muscular and feminine? Is that something that could work for you if the story and choices are strong, or is it a dealbreaker?

For me? No. Not a dealbreaker at all, I am ready to be stomped by muscle mommies till my bones break.
The issue with most games in this niche is that they miss this idea with NTR and feminization, like I dont mind mommy beating me up and pegging me till I cum. But that doesnt mean I am into cuck trainers.

To summaries, go ahead, make it. focus on story too.

And do you have any ideas in mind about the inspiration on how mommy will look? IDK why but Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman whipping my balls came in my mind

I'm sure you'll find people who'll find that type of girl attractive, as I'm sure you can find for girls of any shapes and sizes, but whether that'll appeal to the majority of men is most likely no. Too masculine of a look for a feminine role unless you're going for the ball-bashing femdom route. Also, reading your game thread, your biggest problem might actually be her lips and not her muscles.
