Excellent work, the ic part of the patch does a great job of updating the dialog with proper context and leaning into the fetish – absolutely recommended.

I've also used the puzzle difficultly changer since the number of tiles on normal is too small.

All in all great quality mod, and this should be the definitive way to play the game.

It is unfortunately very common that an incest patch merely declares a character as a close relative, but then ignores all of the consequences this would have on how the characters interact. This mod doesn't opt for the lazy route, and instead rewrites enough of the dialogue to make the brother-sister relationship feel authentic enough for me to believe it.

Since my brain just doesn't do slider puzzles, the "skip mninigame" option is also much appreciated.
