If I'm not mistaken, I've played the game but forgot what the name of the game was.
A 3DCG RPGM (maybe), and when your character (female) walking there is a special panel that shows a walking animation.

Does anyone know what the name of the game is?

Western, curvy (of course), i was play it on android device before, maybe Lily of The Valley or Manilla Shaw ? or neither...
