Okay, I was wondering. What exactly is a no-go about Sky and MC's relationship/love? Is this roommate relation some roundabout way of saying they are related? 'Cause obviously when taken at face value, my simple mind didn't get it or I missed it

Yes and no. Kind of yes for patreon/subscription-funded AVNs. Not to AVNs in general as I play mostly Japanese ones, which are released and financed the "old-fashioned" way.
But yeah, I figured it out after the replies when I remembered that you could label the relationship during the first mention of Sky and the Landlady. Still appreciated the reply

They are, also you get to see backstory that shows they didn't really want to be bullies. Won't elaborate further, so you won't get spoiled.

I can see why some would say that but when you learn their backstories it's honestly hard not to feel bad for them and forgive them , they feel more like victims than bullies at least to me.

i bet he'll make a scene about it, the other harem members see either Kei or Moon announcing some good news and crying blood, despite the horrific scene, both say something like:I thought of making them cry normally if it's tears of joy, but that would be a Disney-ish type of stuff, and I don't like it, so I crossed it out.
