Full disclosure I didn't make it too far in this one. I like some chase/buildup in my games, and this basically has zero. It's essentially just a straightforward fuckfest that doesn't take itself seriously at all. Guys meets girl and shortly after you are getting your full sex scene because nobody can resist your magic penis logic. Which gets repetitively boring rather fast imo.

Clear step down in game play from this dev's other games, and which i would easily recommend you sink your time into over this one if you haven't played them yet.

So, just to be clear, the game doesn't take itself very seriously, and that's ok because it never changes tone, the renders are good, and the animations are serviceable. But in the final stretch, the game goes to hell, quite literally nonsensical to tie things down, and the dev started using IA in the final part because he couldn't bother to animate; that should set your expectations. You barely get development with 2 of the 3 main female characters, just to end with a hella disappointing ending. Find something else to play.

My Cute Roommate 2 picks up right where the first game left off, bringing back familiar faces and the same cheeky, over-the-top humor that made the original so fun.
The visuals are as stunning as in the first game and feel even more polished this time. The women are absolutely gorgeous, and the animations are smooth and natural from start to finish. The addition of moaning sound effects is a nice touch that adds immersion and makes every scene feel more alive.
The story remains delightfully absurd and self-aware. It never tries to be something serious and delivers exactly what players expect: a fun, lighthearted experience with beautiful visuals and lots of charm.

First you need to know that this game contains NTR/swinging/sharing scenes and they are NOT avoidable or even skipable, everything is forced, the point system is just an illusion to let you think that you have choices, but it’s never used so no need for a walkthrough, everything is the same whether you have positive or negative relationship points with the girls.

The art is very good but that’s the only positive, the story is shit and not even funny, the MC is just a walking dick with no backbone, and all the girls/women are either sluts or will end as sluts anyway, so don’t expect even a tiny bit of romance, it’s just a fuckfest and a big downgrade from the first game where choices really mattered.

It's been years since I picked up a product from Astarot, once a developer I followed even though he was extremely slow in development. Let's start again from this MCR2. First of all, the name: it makes no sense because there is no longer just one roommate like in the first one. Development: 5 years, an enormity for a game like this, it's always better to start finishing projects within a year, otherwise people get tired, they forget and the technology becomes old, exactly as happened in this case. Gameplay: choices matter little, it's not a real visual novel. Minigames: forget it. Graphics: excellent, especially in the second part where AI is used for the animations, I liked it a lot despite some glitches. Girls and sex: very good, good variety, beautiful women. Overall: interesting experience from a visual point of view, less good from a gaming point of view. Rating: more than sufficient but I expected more from Astarot. I hope that he continues to improve his use of AI and that this allows him to focus more on gameplay in a much shorter time.

Really liked first part of My Cute Roommate and My Cute Roommate 2 also looked well, animations wasnt great, but they had their own style among other games, but at the end author decided, that there should be an ai slop in the game. Shame on you

It's a huge improvement over the first game.

- There are more scenes and more characters. The final scenes are the smoothest I've ever seen in a game like this. (I don't give a damn if they used AI. People criticizing that are just jealous.)

- It has short and fun minigames (that's how they should be).

- The story is clunky (it's clear that being a Patreon game, they changed it too many times), but it has its funny moments (though the humor isn't for everyone).

I really liked the balance it has in all aspects of the game, but everything is well done.
. (I'm disappointed by these people who give 5 stars to graphic novels that are just pressing Ctrl and give this game one star.)

It was a 2.5 for me. The story is not great, the animations are decent enough and the main character sucks but it's not awful. Then it ends with the worst use of AI that I have ever seen. This is unacceptable.

All woman models were hot but sex scenes were not that great.Camera angles were mess ,proper creampie not shown except some scenes where pussy is shown and some cum is coming out of pussy instead of whole pussy not visible .Story ain't great at all ,I played because I expected at atleast great camera angles of great sex scenes with proper creampie .Dev if you are reading this you better watch porn videos on what creampie scenes actually looks like .Creampie is my main kink so it's rare to see a dev show it well .Most are scared or don't have any idea on how to show.If you create more games I hope you do proper research on what a actual creampie scenes looks like ,other than that not a lot of sex scenes in this game .endings are rushed and weird .Plus what is with the half ass interruption during sex scenes by other characters ,like wtf are you doing why do you even engage in scene where you are not going to show proper sex to the finish with that character

It had a decent buildup despite all the jank, the models were hot enough and some of the girls personalities were fun. Now, given the bullshit the dev pulled in the "ending" this is just a flaming piece of shit. The scenes are mostly AI now and the ending is just a loop of a sigle scene. Also a lot of the characters were completely abandoned so if you wanted something to happen with them then sucks to be you I guess. Just avoid this one

This game is, frankly, unplayable. The UI is atrocious, the fact that you HAVE to have a walkthrough in order to do anything is unacceptable. The third rate Engrish translation is grating

The ONLY thing that even got a few hours out of me was the excellent model design. That was all that made the mediocre story even worth that much time.

very nice games, I appreciate the style, the story and the writing. the animations are super cool too. If usually I look for sandbox or management genres, I find that this game gives us a certain freedom of movement and choice. despite a very 'classic' style, the developers were able to bring a je ne sais quoi that makes the game addictive.

Totally bonkers game with hot models and really hot scenes with them. It has a lot of mini games, annoying SFX, the MC looks like a rejected clone experiment, and it can be a bit buggy. However, there was a lot of work put into this game to make it what it is: totally bonkers. For that, I respect it. Just don't go in looking for story.

Barely any content in updates and creator complains of burnout. Characters and story are all stupid and cliched af. Renders are decent but not particularly varied (Dean character has basically one piece of content at this point) and the minigames are all stupid.

Also just general dialogue and the previous Penis character was stupid.

like its predecessor, this is a very good porn game. it's straight to business, no slow corruption processes, no character development, no intricate, mysterious overarching stories, no pretentious pseudo-philosophical crap or social commentary to be found here. some of the plots take interesting turns though, so you can still be surprised or amazed by how the game develops. contrary to my cute cousin/roommate 1, which was a proper bugfest, this game is almost bug free. there have been a few image not found type errors, but nothing game breaking so far (or can't be fixed by loading an auto-save) and i'm close to the end of v14.02. there are mini games and iirc all are skippable, which is a wise decision as i didn't even understand what the heck some of them are about. also like seemingly many others, i could't beat the second guy in the park, so i used the cheat option there. the in-game guide is doing an exceptionallu good job btw, so no need for a text walkthrough, but the WT mod is still good to have.

Nice and great Graphic ,character and all of this game. the story still continue . i still wait for a new update for a new plot, wow amazing.i like it. Finally came the day where our protagonist graduated from high-school. Keep work done.

Unlike its predecessor, My Cute Roomae,
I find it considerably less well-made.

Another young MC, a kid who has to fuck everything that moves because he's stung by some kind of wasp and has a dick the size of a horse. Yes, it's fun in a way, but it gets boring.

Click&Point is fun and has plenty of details, as does the mobile and other extras. There are plenty of places to visit, and the details are well-thought-out.

The card battles are quite annoying, and you can even find yourself unable to pass and have to use cheats or something, just like the money system.

Pretty cool game. I don't usually like to play sandbox. But this one kept my interest. I never finished the original game, so I might as well try it too. I like the models, despite the fact that they are all so similar to each other that you can have three different women as blue kitten and not tell them apart

This one is a gem. I always loved this dev's games, but he's in his best form here. The game is funny, light-hearted, tongue-in-cheek, and doesn't take itself so seriously as those pretentious games for people who seek enlightenment and edification in porn games (probably because they don't know or can't read any good literature—as it happens with stupidity, illiteracy is a huge problem nowadays).
The models are not only gorgeous but also unique. You can tell the dev invested some time in shaping them and creating a style, not just putting some out-of-the-box he found browsing those asset stores.
And there are no suicidal girls, nor arson, nor the MC is a limp guy trying to fix his erectile dysfunction. Unfortunately, for some people, not having those things will make this game lack "depth" (whatever this means in their little heads), but, for me, this game has all I could ask of a porn game: good laughs and hot girls (and, no, I'm not a simpleton; it's just that, when I want something with "depth," I read a good book or watch a good movie; playing porn games is not among the things I do for that).
