Not chooses IF to actually impregnate them or not, it IS a must do, you just get to decide WHEN to do such

That is some great writing and subliminally telling the player this is going to happen hats off to the dev for coming up wirth that line

I can be wrong but I think that even if you choose to NOT do it, in the epilogue they will be pregnant, so that's why he said "when" and not "if".

There is an option early in the game that lets you choose; Everyone will be pregnant in the epilogue or Only the ones you choose to impregnate will be pregnant in the epilogue.
Going by that choice it should entirely be possible to have a play-through without any pregnant ladies.

I mean since you can even play the "celibacy" route I'd say it's possible to not impregnate any LIs...

If you don't impregnate Erika during the game (because you dislike pregnant sex or pregnant shapes, for example) she will only have kids in the epilogue if you answered that you wanted to have children. If you said you don't want, only the girls knocked up during the playthrough (if any) will have babies.

Is Germany so strict with allowing games containing sexual content? I know in the past certain very violent games & ofc Nazi stuff where forbidden but I thought they where a lot more lenient these days?
