Never heard of her, not even by chance. When is this ‘holy woman’ celebrated?
It's a place, not a virgin. Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Spanish "Conquistadores" weren't imaginative with the names, so there are a lot of cities (and ships) called "Nuestra Señora de Whatever" (Our Lady of... Whatever) or "Saint Whatever the Second", or "Nuestro Señor/Salvador of Whatever the Third" (Our Lord/Savior)
The Portuguese did the same, more or less.

"Your ancestors came to our lands to steal our gold and rape our women".
Yeah, Galeanos book "The Open veins of Latinamerica" did a hell of a job :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
and about our Mexican friends, "se victimizan bien para ser puros machotes!" ;):ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: (they victimize pretty good, for being pure "machos")

the ides of August... :sneaky:
(I guess that would've been the 13th for August somehow - close enough.)
Hmmm.... that seems strangely familiar...
;)

Thanks for the clarification about the holy day involving the Virgin Mary.

I kept seeing references to August 15th, and started thinking, the 'Ides of August'??

Obviously a fateful day for Caesar Augustus...
How tacky is it that I'm quoting myself??

It's Buenos Aires, foundation name, given by Pedro de Mendoza,(the same who killed Chief Zapicàn leader of the "Charrúas" yes, the same Xapican)

Edit: Ironically Buenos Aires is named after "Madonna di Bonaria"

I have to be honest... while I do find all the girls arousing and attractive, I do have a preference, nay, a desire, a lust, an indomitable voracity for women over 30. Always had. Even as a teen.

Sure, younger girls have this and that characteristics... sure... older girls have striations, the skin may not be as perfect, the tits may sag a bit or even a lot... BUT... bloody hell they know what they want, how, when (usually right now), and have already left the taboos behind (most of the time).

So, flocking in a horde for 19 year olds? Probably not...

Peace :p
Then there are those of us following the game that anyone but Meemaw or Aunt Betty are robbing the cradle lol.

I thought you were celebrating the American tourists all finally going the hell back home.
We didn't all go the hell back home... just a few weeks ago, my family and I spent a couple of weeks in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
